Bonus Not Credited does not always mean the platform failed to issue a reward. The bonus may be waiting to be claimed, shown in a separate Bonuses area, expired, restricted to another product category or not yet earned because one of the promotion conditions was not met.

The correct troubleshooting path depends on how the reward is issued. Gembet’s current SGD welcome bonus guidance says a selected welcome bonus is automatically credited after the qualifying deposit is credited. Other promotions can use a claim step after eligibility is confirmed.

If Bonus Not Credited follows an automatic offer, confirm the qualifying action completed successfully. If the reward must be claimed, check whether a Claim option is waiting in the relevant bonus area. Do not assume every promotion follows the same process.
