Gembet’s current PayNow-specific guidance lists a processing time of 15 minutes. That is the stated processing time for the method, not a promise that every request will always be visible at the destination at exactly the same second.

If a request has just been submitted, confirm that it was accepted and review the withdrawal details shown after confirmation. Avoid submitting another request simply because a few minutes have passed.

If the request remains unclear beyond the expected processing window, use the transaction information available in your account and contact support with the relevant details. A clear record is more useful than creating duplicate requests.
